Selfie fans, listen up: if you need an excuse to take a shameless selfie in the sun today – look no further. Today is National Selfie Day, so grab your selfie stick, flip your camera and start snapping.
Thanks to the likes of Kim Kardashian, the world has become a teeny bit obsessed with selfies. According to a recent study, almost 60 per cent of millennials take selfies – and they alone will dedicate around an hour each week, talking almost 26,000 selfies in their lifetime.
What’s more, it seems we’re vainer than we might think. A study published in Social, Psychological and Personality Science revealed those who took the most selfies, rated themselves as more attractive.
