There were some unexpected things going on behind the scenes on Kim and Kanye West's big day...
Kimye’s wedding will go down in history as one of Celebland’s most iconic dos.
We’re talking that lace Givenchy gown, that wall of white roses and that Italian location. Yep, it was the stuff of dreams.
But while we’d assumed we already knew everything there was to know about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s big day, it appears some smaller details are still emerging.

Kim’s personal assistant Stephanie Shepherd has now revealed some interesting tidbits that were previously missed out – and it’s fair to say she did not have an easy time during the ceremony.
In fact, she’s revealed that she had to spend the entire day in jogging bottoms. Yup, not quite the couture we’d pictured the guests to be sporting…
Stephanie tells Refinery29: ‘I didn’t even get to watch the ceremony because I was also filming… I often producer-cam the more personal moments for the show, when they don’t want full-on cameras around — so I was filming everyone getting ready.
‘I was in Adidas sweatpants and a T-shirt and hadn’t showered that day!’
And Stephanie wasn’t only preoccupied with filming the special moments of the day. She also had to track down a missing outfit belonging to one very important wedding guest.
Stephanie explains: ‘Caitlyn [Jenner] lost her suit, so I had to locate it; all the girls are getting ready, we’re getting Kim together, we’re in this castle; Kanye is down rearranging the floral arrangements and all this stuff, all while I’m trying to film.’
Yup, all sounds very exhausting, especially considering that Stephanie had ‘not [been] sleeping’ the entire week running up to the wedding.
But she has no regrets, adding: ‘I went to bed at, like, five in the afternoon and woke up the next day at, like, 11am. But it was all worth it, because it was the most beautiful day.’
Cor, rather you than us, lady! Still, it’s fair to say the gal certainly pulled it out the bag, right?
