Cheryl’s ex-husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini is back in the spotlight.
The French businessman appeared on This Morning yesterday, and was on Good Morning Britain earlier today.

JB – who split from Cheryl, 33, in 2015 – spoke to GMB‘s Richard Arnold from the Cannes Film Festival, where he has a new pop-up restaurant.
Of course, the conversation quickly turned to Chezza, with Richard asking: ‘We know you through Cheryl – are you in a good place now?’
But JB was keen to keep things strictly business, responding: ‘I couldn’t be happier. [The restaurant is] my new venture. It started last night and it went well. It cannot be better.’
As we all know, Chezza became a mama back in March, when she and boyfriend Liam Payne welcomed son Bear.

Despite JB’s reluctance to talk abut his former wife, Richard couldn’t help probing: ‘Do you have a message for Cheryl about her baby?’
After a brief silence, JB simply responded: ‘You know what, it’s the film festival so we might as well focus on that.
‘I just want to make it the best possible as it’s my first venture here and I just want to make this count and make this big.’

Eeeep. A tad awkward, no? And host Susanna Reid agreed with us. When the show cut back to the studio, she joked to co-presenter Ben Shephard: ‘Hashtag awks!’
What’s more, Cheryl usually attends Cannes in her role as brand ambassador for L’Oréal. But luckily for her, there’s no chance of bumping into her ex this year.

L’Oréal recently confirmed that the singer won’t be walking the red carpet, due to the fact that she’s busy looking after little Bear.
We bet both she and JB are breathing sighs of relief.
