...and it's not glamorous
Victoria Beckham is rarely seen without a pair of oversized sunglasses. The designer’s immaculate looks are often accessorised with a pair of dark shades but while we thought they were a mere fashion statement Vicky B has told us they serve a much more practical purpose.
Known for her bug-eye sunnies and ‘The Pob’ back in the nineties, Posh is still snapped wherever she goes – usually with a pair of her own-line shades sat on the bridge of her nose.
The Spice Girl turned designer met with fashion editor Divia Harilela at the Victoria Beckham store in Hong Kong to talk about her latest sunglasses line. Talking via Facebook Live, she said “I wear sunglasses because like most mums, I am up all night with my children. They hide a multitude of sins.”
“I love women. I love to empower women. I think sunglasses are the final touch to a woman’s outfit,” she said, and we agree (obvs!).
So there you have it folks, she might be worth £240million (as brand Beckham) but like all of us she gets dark circles under her eyes that no amount of concealer can cover.
