Liam Payne has shared a rare insight into his life post-baby....
Since the wonderful news of Liam Payne and Cheryl’s little bundle of joy, we’ve found ourselves wanting to know EVERYTHING about baby Chiam.
However, the proud new parents have decided to keep the first few moments with their newborn under wraps – with very little being shared publicly. And we have nothing but respect for that decision.
The couple did, however, announce the arrival of their son in a moving Instagram post, which was shared to both Cheryl and Liam’s accounts. They told their fans that their baby had arrived on 22nd of March, but they seem to have decided to refrain from further posts on their pages since then.
In fact, a source close to the couple shared with the MailOnline that there is reason for the lack of baby publicity: ‘Cheryl and Liam decided they won’t be sharing any pictures as they want to protect the privacy of the baby’.

Whilst we’re a bit gutted not to see any super adorable baby pictures, we totally understand Chiam’s decision for privacy.

It would appear that Liam has caught a break from all the nappy changing, though, as he took to Instagram over the weekend to drop a hint at how he winds down from daddy duties.

Posting a snap of himself shooting some hoops on a basketball court, we couldn’t help but wonder if Liam has hinted at baby Chiam’s first outing into the big wide world?!
It’s possible that Liam may be a bit preoccupied with more than just shooting basketball hoops over the next few weeks, as it has been reported that the 23-year-old is planning on dropping his debut single.
According to a report published by Page Six, Liam should ‘have a new single out in May’.
If the rumours are true, and Liam really is dropping a debut single next month, it will make him the very last member of One Direction to share some solo stuff – following Harry Styles’ release on Friday last week.
All in all, it’s a very exciting time for Liam Payne.
