It’s all down to savvy-skilled Instagram user @thestudyofmakeup. There’s no filter trickery here – it turns out THAT glow is all down to some seriously skilled make-up.

Allure interviewed the woman behind the account and apparently a molten metal glow all comes down to two things: A dense make-up brush and a highlighter with the same undertones as your skin.

Clever.

“Most people apply their highlight with a large fan brush.” She says, “I use a very dense wet eyeshadow brush”

A WET brush?! Genius.

As for the actual product of choice? Well she uses Makeup Revolution’s Blushing Hearts in Goddess of Love, £4.99 which is “triple baked for maximum pigment pay-off and luminosity”; or, the same brand’s Rainbow Highlight.
