After one of her photos caused confusion, the reality star has shared some strong words about body-shaming and trolling on social media...

You’ve probably seen that the cast have been promoting the show, and the official Instagram account has also been sharing promo snaps.

Yup. Anticipation is building.
But, amongst the excitement, there also appears to be some confusion following a snap of Georgia Kousoulou with her boyfriend Tommy Mallet.
🤗 #TOWIEHaving seen the photograph, a number of the 26-year-old’s fans seemed convinced that she might be pregnant.
Comments included: ‘Is she pregnant ????’, ‘Is she pregnant as she looks it in this pic’ and ‘My first thought also was that @georgiakousoulou is pregnant too!!!’
Sadly, some weren’t so pleasant, with a few followers leaving pretty nasty comments about her body. Not cool.

…’
Another added: ‘Body shaming at it’s finest .. some of these comments are just bang out of order!’
In fact, Georgia herself waded in and explained: ‘Wow !! It’s because the photographer was sitting down and I’m half to the side ! Prob just eaten guys 
’.
Taking to her own Instagram account, she posted a quote which read: ‘Girls don’t just simply decide to hate their bodies, we teach them to.’
She added the caption: ‘Take note Seen this quote & thought I would share as this message is so true & powerful..’
Touching on the fact that she’d jumped on the defensive, she said, ‘I realised why the f*** do I need to justify myself to these negative comments [sic]’, before adding: ‘I can handle the comments (sometimes) but what are we teaching the young girls growing up on social media ?!’
She continued: ‘…please let’s teach our girls and women that NO ONE is perfect & we need to start learning to love what we have.. life is hard enough , we don’t need to spread body shaming or any kind of trolling … [sic]’
